I’m a corporate leader by profession and an ICF-certified executive and career coach by passion. Originally from Hungary, I’ve lived and worked across Europe and now reside in Poland, where I lead teams across Central and Eastern Europe for a global open-source technology organization.
My work sits at the intersection of business, technology, and people — spanning hybrid cloud solutions, kubernetes-based application and AI development platform , virtualisation, IT automation and more — and it gives me a real-world perspective on what leadership looks like in complex, fast-changing environments.
I coach a select group of C-level leaders worldwide in high-impact, confidential partnerships, and I’m especially passionate about supporting emerging talent across the U.S., APAC, and Europe as they grow into the next generation of leaders.
I also volunteer as a mentor and coach with nonprofits like Teens in AI and encourage other leaders to do the same — our future depends on today’s young talent.
