I’m a multi-country technology leader with experience building strong teams and helping organizations navigate complex digital transformation. Today, I lead country teams across Central and Eastern Europe for a global open-source technology company, working closely with customers, partners and distributors to grow the business and create long-term value.
My work sits at the intersection of business, technology and people. I’ve spent much of my career in fast-changing enterprise environments, from hybrid cloud and virtualization to automation and AI. What continues to interest me most is not only how technology evolves, but how people and organizations evolve with it.
Alongside my executive role, I’m an ICF-certified executive coach, supporting leaders as they navigate change, growth and the increasingly complex demands of leadership.
I also believe that the future of technology will be shaped by today’s young people. That’s why I dedicate time to mentoring and coaching with the global nonprofit Teens in AI supporting the next generation of digital leaders.
